Below are the policies for all services. Please read before booking your appointment.

You must read over the FAQ page and fill out all required forms in order to book any Cosmetic Tattoo appointment.

Per Maine State Law you must be 18 years of age or older.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve an appointment for all Cosmetic Tattoo services.
This includes new client appointments and all refresh appointments.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to ensure that you are here on time.
Anything over 15 minutes late is considered a NO SHOW. Your deposit will be forfeited, the remaining 50% will be billed to you and full payment will be required in order to book a new appointment.
One reschedule is permitted if done with proper 48 hour notice. Any subsequent reschedule will require a new deposit.
Your initial touch-up is $125 and can be booked no earlier than 6 weeks and no later than 10 weeks. Anything after 10 weeks will incur an additional charge.
If you do not inform us of having previous Cosmetic Tattoo work done by another artist prior to your appointment you will be refused for service and you will forfeit your deposit. A proper consultation (virtual or in person) must be made prior to booking in order to receive touch-ups or corrective brow work from another artist.
Under no circumstances will there be refunds for services rendered.
The Beauty Artist reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason we see necessary.

We do not perform lash services on those younger than 17 years of age, those under 18 must have parental permission.
Facial services can be performed on minors with parental consent. Parent or guardian must be present for the service for those under the age of 16.
